Taillight was founded in 2023 with one big, bold idea: to create a world-class branding firm that does things differently and does them right.
Founders Bruno Benedini and Jaclyn Hesse built their careers helping companies ‘get it right’ (with clients, employees, and in shaping their cultures). Determined to set a higher bar, we gathered a dream team of industry rockstars who are all about making clients shine, building killer brands, and having a ton of fun doing it.
Bruno, hailing from Rio de Janeiro, and Jaclyn, a Toronto native whose family has called Costa Rica home for over 30 years, first crossed paths in high school in Costa Rica. Their friendship survived the test of time and the occasional questionable fashion choice, with their careers weaving together at key moments until Taillight was born. Known for joking about their ‘work marriage,’ they lead an incredible team that has collaborated on countless projects over the years. The unique chemistry, trust, and collaborative spirit at Taillight create an environment that is as fun and a team that it is effective and deliver superior results.
